The helically seamless wound tank/pipe production line is designed to manufacture the large diameter tanks/pipes. Thecomplete line is computer controlled and production is monitored. This production line is a very cost effective way to make the large diameter tanks/pipe comparing the traditional way (sheet bending and welding)
HM-CR700 Winding Chemical Tank Machine can produce the tank/pipe from DN300-DN4500mm, the standard length is 7.5 m, longer is possible (upto 9m ), if customer required. If required, the machine can be equipped with an upgrade to produce a special double wall for leakage control.
The complete machine can be assembled and disassembled in a very short time so in special cases, like for big projects, the machine can be moved easily as no fundament is needed.
